team training

Team Training sessions are small group training classes. They are 45- minute, full body strength workouts, with a little bit of cardio sprinkled in.


We will explain the workout, complete a warmup, and then coach you through the workout. We help with form, modifications, intensity, and more!


These sessions are limited to 10 people max. You must book your spot ahead of time, no walk-ins.


You will pay for Team Training sessions in person.
